Browsing the website

The website does not include advertising trackers or a marketing contact form. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. The hosting service may process connection and access information to serve and secure the website.

The capacity and pricing calculators

Calculations run in your browser. The site does not send calculator entries to an application server or save them between visits. Use workload estimates, not personal customer information.

The interactive AnswerToArrival Restoration demos

The demos contain illustrative people, appointments, addresses, routes, and reports. They are separate from the production application. Actions change only the current demo session and reset when the demo restarts. There are no real calls, customer notifications, file uploads, laboratory analyses, or production job updates.

The incoming-call demo plays two authored text conversations: a homeowner call and an example adjuster referral. It does not use your microphone, produce voice audio, contact an AI provider, or create appointments. Conversation details, review prompts, and service plans are predefined examples. They do not assess a real property or establish applicable safety, legal, or staffing requirements. Both demos include their own fonts and make no external runtime requests.

The Central Valley regional map is bundled into the demo. Opening Route, panning, and zooming do not contact a third-party map service. Map geography is derived from OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License. The map database, license notice, and source details are available with the site. Route lines and travel figures remain illustrative; the fixed map snapshot is not a live navigation service.

Login and access requests

Login and Request access links open the existing AnswerToArrival Restoration application. Authentication and company access are handled there. Do not enter credentials or real customer records into the sample demo.

Questions about your company’s data

Use your existing company administrator or the application’s access-request process for questions about company onboarding and data handling. Detailed company terms and deployment requirements belong in that onboarding process.
